Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

We hope you love our pieces but if you are not happy we aim to make things right. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items which are visibly used or damaged will not be refunded. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Please contact us and we will guide you through the returns process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, please remember it can take several days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. To start a return or for any questions, contact us at info@noyobequia.com

DAMAGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. If there is a fault with your item please contact us within 14 days of receipt. If you have any questions about our products, including sizing, please contact us before confirming your order. 

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom products, garments which have been altered, sale items, sample sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@noyobequia.com.

EUROPEAN UNION DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Goods received internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Unfortunately we cannot control any taxes and customs duties applicable and you will be responsible for payment of any such charges. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Note also that transit times may vary due to customs delays. If you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

All orders placed with payment confirmed, will be shipped within one business day, or on the same day if the order is placed by midday EST Monday-Friday, not including public holidays. For Rest of World markets, orders will be dispatched the next business day. International shipping rates are not inclusive of local taxes, customs or duties, for which you are responsible. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
