At NOYO, creativity, dedication and quality are woven into every piece. Our in-house design and production team bring together their expertise, love of sewing and passion for cultural expression. This ensures every piece we create represents the quiet confidence and artistic spirit embodied by our customers.

While many traditional skills are being lost in the production of modern fashion, at NOYO we are committed to supporting women artisans in our community, through our umbrella nonprofit Bequia Threadworks. Our team’s knowledge is invaluable and we recognise the importance of handing down these skills to the next generation.

We commit to a slow fashion mindset, not overproducing collections or following short-lived trends. Instead, we produce high quality pieces which you will wear and love for years to come.

Meet Our Team

Each individual on our team brings unique skills and experience, and all are vital to the success and spirit of our organisation. Our Vincentian Designer, Odini Sutherland holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion from Ravensbourne, London, and has shown her own label collections throughout the Caribbean region and Europe.

Brennel Goodluck, our ambitious Production Manager and Pattern Maker, first learnt to sew from her mother and has been able to access in-depth skills training with us. She bridges the creative and production processes at our Production Centre on Bequia, where she leads our seamstresses.

We support one another, with more experienced staff sharing knowledge with those still training and honing their skills. Each seamstress focuses on specific areas, such as fabric cutting, sewing, hand-finishing and quality control, to ensure each piece leaves us in perfect condition and ready for you to enjoy.

We treat our partners, suppliers, extended creative team and models with respect and integrity. We collaborate with the brightest talent across Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, proudly representing diverse voices within our community.
