At Noyo, our mission is to promote economic freedom and women's empowerment through ethical employment and training in fashion and manufacturing. We are passionate about nurturing the abundant talent that exists within our community and connecting with those who share our values. 

We are proof that when women's empowerment is supported through ethical and sustainable employment, there are significant benefits to the wider community. With higher household incomes, mothers are able to provide for their children beyond the basics and become role models for the next generation. In our island community of Bequia, education is limited and employment unstable. At Noyo we are committed to breaking this cycle of economic scarcity to create freedom for our team of women, so both they and their families can truly thrive.
